Dishonest Company
The phone claimed to have 16 gigabytes of memory - but it was full with 1 gigabyte - barely more than the operating system. Customer service dodged all questions and never offered any help - a techie friend explained that you could make it look like it had 16Gb when it didn't, and what did I expect from a cheap phone. Do not buy direct from China - the guarantee is worthless and I ended up throwing the phone away after 2 months.
