Very dodgy and concerning
This store is horrendous. I measured the dress when it arrived as it didn’t even fit over my ass. I was wondering why and it turns out that the dress is 5 inches smaller than what I ordered. I made contact and they argued that it was correct sizing and when I sent pictures of The measuring tape accused me of measuring the wrong section. The dress fits on the mannequin they said. There are rips and tears in the under layer and they still say get it fixed local? It’s a bit of a joke. On top of all this. The material feels like a tablecloth from Kmart. I have asked several times for phone numbers, names and addresses to provide to my lawyer and they refuse to provide details. They did offer me a 10% refund which I think is laughable. Be careful ladies.
