WHY ARE PACKAGES GOING HERE???
My package went to this company in mid july. NO PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING. I get some bizarre email that looks like a scam saying I owe 40$ DUTY on a 80$ PACKAGE. I tried paying online and it keeps saying "ERROR"... I tried for DAYS. Nobody has answered my emails or phone calls. I am pissed because I am afraid it will get sent back. I don't know their office hours or anything, the phone number just keeps ringing!!! This is absolutely the most stupid delivery situation I've ever had. I order online all the time and never in my life has this ever happened with anyone else.
