Claimed I signed for a delivery whilst the driver was sitting outside and filling paperwork outside my house! Approached asked him about my delivery, claimed there was no delivery! Monday comes status updates as delivered I’m out of pocket £1500 designer gear! ! Make the driver open is door and check for your parcel and make sure you request a photo of delivery of recipient as proof as they are using covid as an excuse for you not signing! And not taking photographs for proof like the rest of the delivery company under ‘covid’
