Fantastic customer support!
I would like to let you know the positive experience I had with Adam Hume in Technical Sales. I ordered Hawk brake pads for our Ligier Prototypes back in October, Adam stayed in constant contact with me as the when these pads were to go into production. He was relentless, constantly calling Hawk as to the delay in production, and was apologetic for the delay which was beyond his control. I give him 5 stars plus for keeping me up to date on the status beyond what any rep I have ever dealt with in any company.
