I ordered a a t shirt. I was kept fully informed on delivery times and loved the quality of it when it arrived, however it was too big for me. (My fault, I often order a size larger than I am for one orders as they often arrive on the small side). I emailed TalkPeng to find out about how to return for a smaller size. Very prompt response saying they will send out new size, and saying I could keep yhe larger one as well, suggesting I pass it onto a friend 🧡 exceptional customer service and quality item
