Label created, package not shipped/picked up.
I ordered a few hoodies form this site on June 11th. I received a confirmation a label has been created for the package. It has not been picked up form the company at this time (over 6,5 weeks later). I send an email to the helpdesk 2 weeks ago, asking for an update. They told me that they would start an investigation, but hadn't heard anything from them for 1,5 weeks. I sent them another mail, asking for an update. They referred me to the shipping company. I can't sent the shipping company an email asking about the package for another 3 weeks! As their policy states that it has to be lost for 60 days minimum. I am still trying to get the order or my money back.
