Attention! Customer deception. Slow internet
Although i had full 5g connection, i had an internet speed of lower than 5mb/s. I compared it with holafly - there i had 30mb/s at the same location. With an unlimited plan i Downloaded 5gb in 24 hours. After that i had a speed of 0.24mb/s 😲 Customer supports explanation: the extreme low speed is because i used too much data. Really? So nobody needs an unlinited plan per day. Then the 5gb plan is enough, because you cant use more with speed of 0.24mb/s - this means loading a website needs nearly 5min. Attention ! This is deception of customers !!!
