unprofessional & customer service was awful
I placed an order for about 20 manga volumes and went to check if they had been shipped, when i logged in my order was cancelled! The email went into my spam email that was asking for confirmation, but the sender name did not even come from "Rightstuf" it was under a name like "Robin" or "Rachel", which obviously matches the service as "junk". I called & left a message that said someone would return my call within 1 day, and I never received one. I called again, and was told that it was my fault that it got cancelled because I did not respond to a spam formatted email. I did not even receive any notification saying my order was cancelled, I wish I did because I was ready to spend a lot of money since I found the books I wanted at a good discount, and now the discount is unavailable. Customer service did nothing to keep me as a customer, and did not offer me any discount or alternatives. After my last order finally comes in, I will not be ordering from here again, I would rather order from a company that communicates with me and values me as a customer and not just a number. Edit: the fact that this company will not acknowledge my review and will respond to others further proves they do not care about their customers
