I have had the worst customer service…
I have had the worst customer service experience of my entire life, my wife ordered a watch for me as a birthday gift, as soon as I was told about it I went online to check the reviews, I was shocked to read the comments so instantly I canceled the order within a couple of hours. They refused to acknowledge the cancellation and sent the watch to my address in London, I sent them the string of emails to prove the cancellation. They agreed to take the product but it took two months to get them to agree. Now the watch is still with me packed and waiting to be collected, they will not refund till they have it back. It was £230.00, ordered in mid July now it is mid September. I strongly advise not to deal with them.
