- Feedback: The train was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. The train departed and arrived on time. The online payment and digital tickets were easy to use and there were no problems on the journey. Communication was excellent. We were kept informed by email. Thank you very much for a stress free experience. Sincerely Josephine Window
