Impossible to reach
I’ve been trying to reach this company so many times by mail and their homepage. They dont answer to mails. This concerns my order KUGOO41012018EU where money are drawn from my account but I get no confirmation at all. I first missed that payment could not be processed so I payed again and this time it worked. They got the money but my order is gone? And no answers. Maybe you answer this?! (My son who really saved his money to buy this is so sad).
