Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. I bought a radio from them and it was faulty. Customer service took me as an idiot and have spoken to me in the way I have no understanding for what they say. I was frustrated and wanted money back for faulty device with sending it back. They were doing everything for me not to send it and tried to give me some silly advice which suppose to fix the issue. It didn't so I wanted return and refund. After many days of conversation, finally they refunded half price without me shipping the device back. Not recommended and never going buy from them again!
