Very satisfied customer
I had an email today advising me that I had ordered the same item twice in 12 days. I thought I had ordered it previously but couldnt remember the name of the company to check and as I wanted this table light as a present ordered it again. Within 24 hours they emailed me to inform me that I had previously ordered it and was awaiting delivery had I intended to do this. I was grateful for this and asked if they could refund me. They did this immediately. What excellent service.
