Hi I bought a 4in 1 laser from PERFECT LASER company 5 years ago only ever been used part time for 3 of those years due to covid, recently the RF handle will freeze but not heat up as supposed to the rest of the machine works fine the IPL & NdYag ,so I contacted my agent their Vivian who was very kind & helped me to get into a team meeting online , having sent a few videos as requested the team decided the circuit board was broke and because they updated their machines 2 years ago ,they couldn’t help me & I would need a completely new machine , I was amazed to say the least as the other parts all work ok even the RF handle froze just wouldn’t heat ???, 🤔 so I said in light of this worse case scenario would they do a new machine with a reasonable discount , ‘get this “ of course Dear as you are an old friend for 5 years we will offer you the best price , I nearly fell on floor laughing 😂 it was a Black Friday sale USD 2799 .00 i had previously looked on DH gate website and same machines were cheaper elsewhere 🤷♀️🤦🏼♀️ This company will trick you into thinking you need new machine when you don’t and make up excuses not to give you spare parts you need , it’s a factory for gods sake they can make anything for this machine they invented it 🤦🏼♀️NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 👎😕🙁👎 Just adding it’s also melted the ipl handle
