Total scam
Total scam. So annoying. They don’t send you the product you order and they won’t refund. The employees are paid to reply with the same 3 emails over and over. It could go on forever. Already reached 50+ emails

I ordered a lemon squeezer but emailed…
I ordered a lemon squeezer but emailed to cancel right after because I realized the one I had was better than I thought. They tried to convince me to keep the order but my offering me a 4usd refund, which I then accepted but asked a question about the product because it didn’t look like how I thought it would work and wouldn’t be good for my hand. They emailed me back saying the refund would be processed and ignored my question. I asked to just cancel and they started gaslighting me until they could say it’s too late to cancel and they already shipped it. They sent me a crappy lemon tongs and never even followed through on the refund, sending me a fake screenshot and told me to process it with my bank and there’s nothing they can do. Total scam to avoid at all costs. They stole $50cad from me and frustrated me significantly. Such a shame that people can have so little respect.
