My experience was wonderful. I pre-ordered the Small Gather in Onyx. Shipping took a little over a month but that was fine. I reached out to customer service a couple of times on status and they always responded within 24hours. The bag itself is beautiful! The leather is soft and for it to be a "small" bag, it holds a lot. My only con is that the longer strap seems less substantial to the smaller strap. It would be nice if the longer strap had the same leather finish however it's not a deal breaker. Overall, I'm very pleased. I'll absolutely order in the future. I'm hoping this bag will eventually come in taupe.
