Charged my credit card extra and then refused a return and refund
My order came to £25.98 +£3.99 postage - this was on my order confirmation but they charged my credit card £36.82. When I queried what the £6.84 extra was for they apologised and refunded the money straight away. I ordered 2 bras in my usual size but they were too small. First time of buying bras online so I checked the return/refund policy before ordering to make sure there wouldn't be any problems. On requesting to return for a refund they offered me a £2 refund and told me to give the bras to a friend who will fit them!! One week and lots of emails later, they have offered a £9 refund but still refuse a full refund and tell me it would cost more than my original order to send them back in order to get it?! I have told Approvalk I will raise a dispute with my Credit Card company instead. BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING
