What Service Really Means
First of all, the proposed service perfectly performed the expected service. Then, further to a misunderstanding, I contacted them and was immediately responded in a friendly, professional and constructive manner. I reacted to the answer which didn’t completely cover my initial claim reason. Again their reaction fused in exactly the same way giving me full satisfaction.
