Buyer beware
Buyer beware, they have a very strict refund policy and will reserve the right to deny you a refund for any reason, including my package being lost in the world of mail for the past two months. I haven’t received my item but that doesn’t seem to matter to the support team, they showed negligible amounts of effort in helping me to find my order or figure out what the issue was with delivery. I’m sure the product is amazing, I wouldn’t know, would not recommend this company based on the customer support team. To GalaxyCove: I can’t contact you on social media because I was blocked after leaving this identical above review. You already have my contact information from my interactions with several members of your team including your finance manager. I’m not spending any more time on this, thanks.
