Poor quality, bad customer service
My products came as expected, I made the mistake or ordering the same products twice because on the screen it said “order fail” so I figured my payment didn’t go through so I did it again. When I reached out to customer service they messaged me via Facebook (weird) and I gave them my order number. They then sent a screenshot of my order and said “this ?” I responded with “yes”. I was then told that once you confirm that the order is yours you can stop the transaction even if the products hadn’t been shipped. Fast forward 1 week later I’m missing 5 products in my order, and they other products I received are now in good condition. Instead of refunding my money I was given store credit but I do not plan on shopping with them again.
