THIS IS THE WORSE! Fraud company! Steals your money!
THIS IS THE WORSE!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! They steal your money. Due to this pandemic/COVID-19, our flight got cancelled. They would not give a refund, but the airlines are. They give you a credit to use to fly within the year, but how can we possibly use it for a different date when we do not even know how long this pandemic will go on. They won't give you a refund, you try to schedule for next year end of 2021, but they lie lie lie to you again saying there are no flights!!! When there are flights, when you check it out on the actual airline site. I am going to speak to my lawyer and get this third party Explore Trip out. They are a fraud company! I suggest you avoid this place at all cause. If you have experience the same thing, I'll be glad to give you information to my lawyer too.
