DJI communicated well when I needed to use DJI refresh. After navigating the website and making contact they did everything they agreed to do. It took some time though UPS ground from nys to California and back. They provided shipping both ways though. Everything works great now and they even contacted me to assure I was satisfied. Thank you DJI
