Loved the website, but I had trouble connecting with customer service
First, let me start by saying that I absolutely love the selection this site has. The sweater that I purchased is super cute, and I can’t wait to see it in person. Having said that, the reason why I am giving this experience a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the customer care. On the website it says that if there were any questions or concerns about a product then to email and they would respond immediately. I did send an email out to ask questions about the sweater and their sizes to get more information, but I have not received any response back and it’s been a few days. Now, it could me not knowing the website and how they operate, but I was under the assumption that they would respond back immediately with customer care questions. That is honestly the only issue I had, but other than that everything else was great.
