Super customer experience
Ran into a bit of an issue in terms of destination country and shipping arrangements trying to get a wetsuit and nose clip delivered to Australia. Customer service was really efficient and super solution driven, thanks to Anna for all her help - I’ve received my items in a few days’ time without any complications. I’m yet to try on the item but had a very good first impression on Molchanovs from the order stage!
