Terrible service from start forget about the finish. Myxborder they make false promises, provided zero updates, and completely lacked communication. I had to keep chasing them again and again with no proper response. In the end, I had to give up and not use them. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable—avoid them if you value your time and peace of mind and find alternative. They took more then two weeks accessing the courier charges and seeking approval lol , asked me to get parcel ready then made me reopen the parcel and asked for video and then no response. And still no response after 2 weeks.
