They waited 2 weeks after confirmation to cancel my order on the basis they wouldn’t deliver to my area. They refunded me, but it still meant the present I was giving my child was ruined as by then it was too close to the event to arrange a replacement from elsewhere. They cancelled when I asked for an update on delivery. If I’d not asked, maybe I’d never have had a cancellation or refund. Seems like they accepted payment and sent the order confirmation and then just sat on it. Don’t assume that ‘no news is good news’ and that a ‘confirmation ’ means you’ll receive anything .
