Great support for clarification of user instructions and a missing component
I had a few issues and questions about my new rangemaster cooker. Ben on the live chat was very quick to respond to all my questions and also responded positively to arrange a replacement for a missing component. Normally I find live chats online difficult and often repetitive and script driven. Ben just addressed my questions quickly and efficiently. He clearly has considerable product knowledge.
