OQQ poor shopping experience, non responsive customer service
I made an order with OQQ with shipping to Israel. On the site Israel was an available option with free shipping. The order was approved and paid for on full. A few days later, I received an email from OQQ informing me that my order was cancelled and refunded - I never requested to cancel the order! I sent an email to OQQ, asking why my order was canceled without any explanation. Days later I still have not received any reply. The worse customer experience I have ever had shopping online! No reply at all, no explanation. Extremely disappointed. Beware of shopping here, customer service is not a priority.
