Poor customer service & warrenty
Owner of 2 months and due to faulty control unit which they have refused to replace so far, bike is unsafe to use in any power assist mode. Endless emails telling me to watch this or that video. If it's faulty, it's faulty. Watching videos won't help. Bodywel Service #14014UK-A275 Update 02.07. Finally after reading this review bodywel gave in and sent me (very quick delivery from China) a new control unit that works fine. The spanner sent to fix non working brake won't help when a whole brake bleed and reoil is required. I'm might perhaps one day have a bike I can ride safely.
