Not honouring the warranty..... :-(
Lovely products and good value for money. But unfortunately do not honour their warranty. I bought a cooker hood/extractor to complement our existing cooker. It arrived with a faulty motor. RANGEMASTER quickly pushed us to Pacifica/REPAIRCARE to perform the repair but after claiming that the part they ordered was unusable, we have heard nothing. Practically uncontactable and when I did eventually get through, denied any knowledge of the claim and pushed me back to the switchboard. I advise anyone not to phone too late in the afternoon as they cut you off at 5pm precisely, mid convo!! Update 5th June: Finally the repair is complete (new motor). To be fair Rangemaster did get on, and stay on, the case until it was complete. But Pacifica were a mare to deal with. I have put back up to 4 stars as Rangemaster do have great products.
