The products are quality. The shirts are soft. They have cute saying on them. I have been a subscriber for 3 or 4 years. There have only been a few products I didn't like. My grandchildren often ask for a product or two. I have needed to e-mail customer service. They replied promptly and rectified my issue. If you love cats, I highly recommend this subscription box.
