Good grounding
teacherrecord.com was recommended to me by a friend who trained and found a TEFL job through them. The course was comprehensive, yet easy to follow. I was particularly struck by the differences they pointed out between teaching English in a native or second language context and a foreign language context. The course focuses on face to face classroom teaching. If you are interested in teaching online, you will have to adapt accordingly.
