I took part of the BOGO bag offer
I took part of the BOGO bag offer, I was getting a bag for myself and one for a friend. There was an issue with the personalization with the bags (both bags came with the name I wanted on one bag) Jennifer with customer service made sure she stayed in constant contact with me, made sure she understood my original order (because she wanted to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else) and did everything she could to make the situation right. I received my replacement bag and it’s absolutely gorgeous!!! God has a plan all the time, I’ve recently met a wonderful lady at church with the name that was on the extra bag so it truly didn’t go to waste. I can’t wait to order a bag for my daughter. The customer service alone was top notch and I truly appreciate Jennifer’s commitment to customer satisfaction!
