I won a m4 and i was very happy then i watched youtube videos how to withdraw it so i could use it in cs. I used a youtubers promo code and i was so happy. Until the text show up when i tried to withdraw it. It said "U have to refill balance to at least $1.9 to be able to withdraw" I really wanted that skin. It was not the coolest skin but i liked it i didn´t have any skins!
