Overall satisfactory
Pros: - much cheaper than respective brands' official websites or other third parties - customer service is very responsive and prompt, easy to work with Cons: - constantly out of stock for certain items. I recommend checking their inventory before buying. Shopping took long but not their fault (covid) and the disappointing quality of clothes is a problem with the manufacturer so I'm not holding this against them.
