DF54 Coffee Grinder
My experience DF64coffee was a really good one overall with one caveat, that being the customs fee. And even this small issue was more a DHL problem. To be clear, I was made aware by DF64coffee that there would be customs fees, but that those fees would be reimbursed upon providing them with the tax invoice breakdown that my courier should have provided, but didn't. I bought an item (DF54 Coffee Grinder) at a unbeatable price and the item was shipped 3 days after I ordered, as advised on their website, and was delivered in less than a week(Singapore to Ireland). I then incurred a fee from my courier (DHL) of €12.57 and when I asked DF64coffee to be reimbursed they asked for the tax invoice breakdown. So rather than chase after DHL for this for the sake of €12 I was happy to just eat that cost. But in reply to some of the negative reviews here I'd like to add that ALL the information is provided on their website regarding shipping, customs, ordering, how long it takes them to respond to emails etc. As far as the quality of the product goes, I love it, its an amazing machine so far and was packaged really well and at the price, is probably the best around.
