I paid for two day delivery
I paid for two day delivery and it was sent FedEx Smartpost, which takes much longer. This is the second time this has occurred. I imagine that the cost of second day shipping to Puerto Rico is much more expensive than the $49 I paid. However, I was never given the option of paying an additional fee to receive the package promptly. In fact, the last time I purchased from Fashiionphile I waited for almost 3 months to receive the package and it was lost in transit.
