Immediately charged to card, never shipped
Bought a 3D model and it was indicated that should be shipped in 1-2 days. It’s been over 15 days, never shipped and tried many times contact their customer service, but no answers. I see below reviews where they place an answer indicating to “contact our customer service” and don’t know if it’s a joke, since they don’t reply. But one thing is quick and effective: card was charged seconds after order placement! Post edited: their answering bot for these Trustpilot reviews is so bad, that posted below message without never sending me any email as mentioned.
