Ordered 2 personalized mugs as Christmas gifts. They came in small thin boxes with stabilizers but no padding. Both boxes were shipped in a plastic bag envelope. Both mugs were destroyed in shipping. Contacted the company by their support email, only choice on FB. Several days later after a second email and a message sent on their website...still no response. Next contact is my credit card company. Finally was able to reach the company. Was assured mugs would arrive before Christmas and that extra care would be taken in packaging. Mugs did arrive in time and in goid shape. However, the same flimsy packaging was used. Kind of on the fence about this company. Mugs were a premium price, but average quality at best.
