Cesdeals.com a legit bussines with bad return service
I bought many things from Cesdeals.com before. They have good prices. The merchandise shipping usually takes about 5 to 8 weeks to California (U.S.A.) from main China (pre-pandemic time). I bought a new electronic language translator item from them and received a defective item; I provided photos, video of defective item; however, since I noticed a little interest from their part in my case and I paid with Paypal.com, then I decided to open a Paypal dispute to resolve the case. Cesdeals did NOT pay for return shipping so, I paid ~US$27.00. I send picture proof of the return shipping receipt with a tracking number of item back to China. Paypal, resolved in my favor; I waited a total of 5 months for my money refund since I bought it. I figured that since Cesdeals doesn't have a good customer return policy when merchandise is wrong or defective (even after proving it), then it is not worth the money savings. I prefer Not buy with Cesdeals anymore.
