iFLYTEK AINOTE 2 Review
iFLYTEK AINOTE AIR Review – 2.5/5 ⭐ I bought the iFLYTEK AINOTE 2 expecting a premium AI note-taking device, especially given the price of almost £400. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. One of my biggest issues is the text and title recognition. When I write notes and add titles, the device often fails to recognise them properly when I return to the main page. Words are frequently misspelled, and titles can appear as completely different words or phrases. This makes organising my notes frustrating and unreliable. The voice recording itself works, but the problem comes when the recording is converted into a transcript. The transcription is often very messy and fails to recognise even relatively common words correctly. The resulting text requires so much correction that it undermines the main purpose of having an AI note-taking device. Another significant limitation is the lack of an easy way to export my recordings or notes to another AI system. If the built-in AI transcription isn't accurate enough, I should be able to take the content elsewhere and use another AI tool to process, correct or summarise it. The current workflow feels unnecessarily restrictive. For a device costing around £400, I expected much better performance. The software needs significantly better handwriting/text recognition, title recognition and voice-to-text transcription. The hardware has potential, and the recording function itself is useful, but the AI processing and organisation are not at the standard I expected for this price. Overall rating: 2.5–3 out of 5 stars. At this price point, I would expect the transcription and note recognition to be considerably more accurate and polished.
