Taken for a ride
I purchased a dress for myself then was sent the wrong one so I emailed the company, after several attempts and no response someone contacted me back to say they had sent me the dress I ordered I argued this and asked for a refund they agreed after a lot of emails and waiting, I then didn't receive all of the item refund, I said this item is not worn at all it has its tags on, I have the receipt so I don't know why you are not giving me the whole amount, they replied we have lost your details, I advised anyone not to purchase from them, they are happy to take your money but just don't want to give you it back in any case.
