I bought a radio which was found to be faulty with the 7 day period. Over a month later I have still not received a refund as they keep asking me to be patient as they "are waiting for the supplier to make contact". They are the supplier? I strongly feel that they have sold me a clone of a legitimate item and now don't want to give me my money back. They are totally untrustworthy and should be avoided at all costs.
