My question is
My question is, why is it hard for Tiger broker to fill my orders, especially pre-market in USA. Even during market hours I will place an order and it will not be filled, I called customer care to complain ,no body has gothen back to me. I prefare pre-market trading, as it is now am struggling to trade at this hour, and Tiger broker stated you can trade Pre & post market hour.From my experiences is not working ,please do something about it.The platform is wonderful,no doubt about that. They need the work on fast execution of orders.
