Best customer support I ever had
Issues happens, no matter how much you spend on a product or where you buy it. What matters is how a Company deals with customers when those issues occur. I bought a PVY Z20 Pro few months ago from the PVY website. Really happy with the product. Unfortunately after having the bike for a while I started having issues with the motor. I engaged with the Customer support, via Whatsapp. Sent videos and pictures, always getting responses in timely manner. At some point the conversations via Whatsapp stopped (no idea why but some technical issues). PVY customer support, by their own initiative, contacted me via email, concerned that I was not responding to Whatsapp anymore! They sent me replacement parts without any push nor arguments, until the issue was resolved. Really impressed!
