Robbery... screwed me over
I ordered 7 parts totalling $251USD (weight 16kg) and recieved only 1 part worth $65USD (weight 1kg) in the box. I contacted FEDEX and they said that is how it was shipped based on weight (1kg) meaning the package was not tampered with. I also had to pay $217USD in local customs duties and tax for that one item based on the fact that they included a false invoice stating the value of the goods was $251USD when in fact it was just $65USD. Contacted customer service and no response yet.
