No response when urgently needed
I received 2 boxes from peptonix the cost of which were £177.96 . I believe that I had stopped the subscription before the second one arrived and informed them of this weeks before the product arrived. They said it was too late to cancel and returned £33 of the £175 as a gesture. The box arrived weeks later. I have cancer and checked the ingredients for safety when my cancer spread. One ingredient I believed after research is unsafe due to my cancer, I informed them that I wished to return both boxes which are untouched on several occasions but have had no response. The company seems very quick to respond when a sale is pending but evidently have no interest in responding on this matter
