I have had great experiences with this company. My wig comes in 2 to 3 days. I receive what I order( accurate density and length) and I haven't had any issues thus far. I have my fourth unit on its way and I have been pleased with them all. I did however notice when I researched the company there was a bunch of negative reviews and was concerned about my purchase. I took a chance and was pleased. This is now where I purchase all of my units from. They also give you lots of gifts with your purchase (bonnet, lashes, and wig caps) which is more free gifts than I have received from any company! I also love the fact that they use FedEx for delivery so I dont have to wait around all day to sign for my package through DHL. My wig arrives by noon each time which is very convenient! UPDATE: My fourth wig arrived and even though the gifts are an added bonus and very much appreciated I didnt recieve a bonnet or headband with this order. I found that to be interesting because this was my most expensive order thus far. My wig was also smaller than the first 3 wigs and the hair felt synthetic which I am almost positive of because it was dry and tangled even after washing and conditioning. The hairline of the wig looked like it had been created with it being pushed to far back to fit a normal human's head. My head is not that big and most 22.5 cap constructions fit my head with slightly extra to cut off. I love the hd lace for my medium brown skin tone that was the only pro in this most expensive order. I probably would have to think twice about ordering again because the consistency has been diminished with my fourth order and with it being more expensive. I expected better quality.
