Something is really off....
Huge discrepancy between the videos and the booklet. Booklet discusses using stocks above their 200 SMA and an RSI below 30. While the videos discuss using Russell 1000 stocks breaking above their 40 week high. These two filters will produce entirely two different sets of stocks, one near lows and one near highs. Very confusing.
